Brief Overview

My name is Pamela, and I'm a 24-year old Physician Assistant student from Philadelphia with a huge interest in nutrition and healthy eating.  Following graduation in December, I plan on pursuing a career in Women's Health, specifically obstetrics.  Over the past year, I have been researching Celiac Disease due to a personal interest in going "gluten-free".  My goal is to share useful information concerning a gluten-free diet as it pertains to pregnancy.
